Wild foraged, dehydrated ramps blended with sea salt to give your food a delicious new taste. Use anyway you normally use salt!

Add a tablespoon (or more to taste) to a stick of softened butter to make a compound butter. Form into a roll and freeze. Slice off medallions when you need to dress up steaks, seafood, vegetables or pasta.
